Online Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from HeartandSoleNL.com. You may return the item within 7 days of the received date via the tracking information to the Heart and Sole warehouse or to a Heart and Sole retail store for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For items over 7 days, you may return the unused goods for a store credit or exchange up to 14 days.
- The packing slip that comes with your order is required as proof of purchase. You must bring this with you to process your return.
- The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
- Items that are *Available Online Only cannot be returned to Heart and Sole retail store locations.
- Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories must be returned to a Heart and Sole retail store location and credit will be issued at the discretion of store management in the form of a Heart and Sole Retail Store Merchandise Credit.
Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item. For returns to our warehouse, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
Heartandsolenl.com is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.

- For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, base layers and bra tops are final sale.
- Hockey Sticks and Bats
- Mouth Guards and Jock Straps
- For hygienic reasons, all sales are final for mouth guards and jock straps.
- Customized/Personalized Products and Autographed Collectibles
- All electronic media products must be returned unopened to be eligible for a return.
- All items discounted more than 35% of original price are final sale
In the case an item is deemed defective, it will be replaced by us free of charge. Defective items must be pre-approved for replacement and may require the merchandise to be returned prior to replacement. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org regarding defective product.
